Central vacuum for machine shops
This vacuum unit supplies an arrangement for plastic tube drawing with necessary vacuum. In the process of tube drawing the synthetic granules are warmed up and given in a drawing form. In order to form out of this semifluid a tube, the semifluid is drawn with help of vacuum along the form of external wall. The semifluid solidifies there.
By the application of vacuum the process is accelerated, the reproduction ability is raised and the quality parameters are improved.
The vacuum unit consists of 5 liquid ring vacuum pump series ZLR-M 320. They are installed on a common base frame. The unit includes also a separator (standing vessel with volume of 500 liters), collecting pipes for suction side and exhaust side and connections to the vacuum pumps and to the separator.
The advantage of this central vacuum system is that one can switch off single aggregates for servicing purposes during the exploitation. They are easy to reach for the mechanist and all pumps are loaded equally. Besides, the vacuum system can be installed in a separate engine room and so the noise source in the production plants is reduced.
